Metron-Farnier's Meter Exchange and Service Program or (ESP) is designed
for utilities that are searching for ways to eliminate meter maintenance
without sacrificing revenue. As a compliment to the world's
simplest, most reliably engineered single-jet water meter, Metron-Farnier
provides a Meter Exchange and Service Program that allows today's
utilities to increase efficiencies, lower
maintenance costs and inventory, maintain revenues,
and provide greater levels of customer service
through reallocation of man power and programs.
 Metron-Farnier's
ESP Program will test and repair previously purchased Metron-Farnier
single-jet water meters back to original factory performance specifications
exceeding AWWA C-712 Cold Water Meter Single-Jet Type Standards.
Furthermore
Metron-Farnier will reinstate its industry leading 5-year flange-to-flange
accuracy warranty to guarantee another 5years of highly accurate,
reliable metering performance.
This exchange program is done for significantly less than new meter
costs and eliminates time consuming, meter repair and testing. The
liability of accuracy is eliminated for the utility and assumed by
the manufacturer.

DESCRIPTION
In order to have your meter serviced, simply log onto www.Metron-Farnier.com
or use your Single-Jet Water Meter ESP Service Worksheet to
fax or phone your service order. Once your order is placed you will
be issued a Return Authorization Number..
The meters
must be well packaged in Metron-Farnier supplied boxes and the RA
number must be labeled on every box.
You will
get confirmation that your shipment has arrived at our facility and
lead times will be given as to when you can expect to receive your
new meters.
The meters
will be repaired and tested per AWWA M6 manual and test tags will
be placed on each meter.
Upon completion
of your order you will be notified that we are shipping the meters
back to you with a tracking number to ensure fast accurate delivery.
