Metron-Farnier utilizes Webex for interactive training and remote
technical support capabilities.
Metron-Farnier
utilizes Webex's Training Center to provide innovative tools for video
conferencing and support. These services greatly enhance customer
access for beginning and advanced product training. The Training Center
tool allows Metron-Farnier to remotely present detailed training sessions
with full audio and fully interactive screen demonstrations.

Metron-Farnier
also utilizes Webex's Support Center to provide remote access service.
This allows Metron-Farnier technicians to troubleshoot and upgrade
a customer's computer remotely. This service provides immediate resolution
of many computer problems such as communication failures, driver conflicts
and application software upgrades.

Both
Training Center and Support Center give Metron-Farnier the ability
to provide superior service and support to our customers.
